The GlobalRad Non-Profit Foundation is served by three areas of leadership comprised of highly trained professionals and volunteers.

The Board of Directors directs the financing and management of the Foundation. Day to day activities are managed by the director. Members of the Board include representatives from foundations and individuals who have contributed to the success of GlobalRad.

The Medical Advisory Board advises the Foundation regarding its contribution to mentoring, educational, and research activities within health-care systems in the United States and abroad. Members of the Board include physicians who are on the forefront of medical imaging technology, and who are leaders of radiology both nationally and internationally. This is a volunteer board.

The Business Advisory Board creates links with the business community, interacts with managers of health-care systems, and creates liasons with appropriate technology companies willing to invest in the Foundation.
